  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time, as specified during the ordering process.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
  • All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping is available within the U.S.

Packaging

  • Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    2. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for assessment.
    3. We will work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Manasota Monarch Designs is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Local Pickup

  • For customers in the Englewood area and surrounding cities, we offer a local pickup option. Choose this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
